Just clarifying emotional support animals don't require any training, a service animal has to pass their training. It's also illegal to discriminate against a service animal and doing so can lead to a hefty lawsuit. ESA's only qualify for anti housing discrimination and flights. The boys conflate service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs). Service animals by law are allowed in pretty much any establishment. ESAs are not. People do sign their pets up as ESAs not as service animals unless they go through rigorous training. Service animals are indeed hard working citizens.
