Wonderful guidance to help us. I am Asthmatic at 75. After many years of suffering, I realised that Milk was the major culprit in addition to dust and fumes. Now I have totally stopped Milk, coffee and tea. With the regular use of inhalers and breathing exercises daily, I am reasonably comfortable. My stamina is lower due to aging. I am confident with my Asthma. Thank you again for your very useful tips.

The same here I have completely cut Dairy out of my diet and I'm switching to more of a plant-based diet and the cold weather hurts me too the most it's terrible and I was just thinking about buying a bunch of high oxygen plants for the house I'm about to take like two or $300 and go splurge because I feel like the more plants in the house the absolute better the air quality and the better you'll feel all the way I also did stretching yesterday it seemed to help my tight back pain where my lungs are

All points very beautifully covered...a sincere request to Hansamaa to make a video on how to to study or find an out our respective allergies by giving real examples if possible etc..in d sense as in how to find out which food is affectin me or triggering my asthma thing ...how to find out this.. 2) Effect of food stays with our body positive or negative way in how many hours or days on consumption ...if we r to study body reactions etc affecting us ....like say I consumed ginger juice d way Hansamaa mentioned in her other video...for how many hours or days this thing consumed stays on my body positively or negatively.. second eg...I m lately addicted to eating dhalia dhana roasted ...post food ..till how many hours effect of this consumption remains affecting our body positively or negatively...whatever..

First Don'ts: Don't eat heavy food like chapati for dinner. These are difficult to digest and require more energy to digest. Stay with steam boiled items such as idli, boiled vegetables, or even gruel or porridge. Stop taking Channa at lunch. Do breathing exercises two times a day. you will feel much better.

1. Yoga Pranayam , take help from Trained person. 2. Warm water minimum 2 Liters( 8 glass ) this thins mucus. 3. Bowel should cleared . No constipation . 4. No milk products 5.Honey / Mulati / Ginger red tea in moderate. Red onion as salads . 6. No Banana , Jackfruit, curd . Raw beetroot . 7. 😷 8. Study yourself.

Dr.Hansaji I have observed that for me constipation and wheezing goes together.. I can't eat curd to relase constipation when the asthma triggers (mine is bronchial asthama don't get asthama attacks). Please help how can i treate both these conditions when they occur simultaneously.

I think in most cases, asthma goes together with constipation as in my case too... I've noticed two things that can help relieve constipation without medication 1) anulom vilom and kapalbathi 2) walking or jogging or running based on your comfort. Fifteen to twenty minutes of walking or jogging daily, will help a lot.

been asthmatic since i was 5 ears old, i even had a knot of torn stomach muscle from coughing when i was that age from the bronchitis, i woke up every morning for over 40 years immediately reaching for my inhalers, BUT not anymore, best thing i ever did was change my diet, i am now a carnivore, no veg no sugar or carbs of any kind, getting rid of the inflammatory oxalates in veg ect means i don't need my inhalers everytime i wake up, anxiety and depression have also gone 100% as has brain fog, check out the carnivore diet give it a try see what it can do for your health, it's incredible!
