my dietician prescribed me having protein in all three meals - Breakfast (moong Dahi); Lunch (eggs) Dinner (Paneer)... You try other protein meals too.. I do gym 4 times a week.

60 grams?? How small are these people? 60 lbs? My understanding is that 1 gram per pound of body weight is the standard and 1.3 for actively strength training individuals. As per Doctor Rhonda Patrick.
