I love you videos!! Especially when I am feeling slow in the body and need a softer approach to yoga... I love how quiet you are during the pose so we can tune in! Thank you for all the amazing videos!!!

I just tried this quick hamstring routine after I did the heels, hip and heart routine to get ready to walk my patient dog since my leg and ankle were acting up since yesterday - tight and achy. Feels a lot better now so no excuses. Looks chilly and damp out there though, but I’d better buck up since winter isn’t even here yet. Don’t feel sorry for the dog though as he has had his kitten friend to play with.

I hope you feel better after the walk too! I almost like to walk more when it's a bit chilly as I feel more alert and I get to see things from a different perspective. Say hello to Lucy for me!

Thank you so much for this, dearest Aprille! You're a godsend. I do sit way too much, but it's hard to escape that position as pretty much all of our lives circles around a computer nowadays! 😅 Even though I love love love your longer videos, these shorties are just perfect for when I'm stressed and pressed for time. Stay well and healthy!🐈 Namaste~🙏✨

So very true and for me - hamstring work is daily for that very reason. That's also why I wanted to offer this shorter practice to help work them so it can fit into every day. Thanks for joining me - Peace, Aprille

Thank you, Aprille, trusted friend and ally in yogic studies. It's so great incorporating your work into my practice. With summer rolling into late harvest season, you can be sure I'll keep taking the earth's pulse.

It's earth time! Definitely feels like grounding and centering is needed before we head into the fall, right? Thanks for joining me today - Peace, Aprille

On pose one I found I had to use a block vs. towel to get my legs wide otherwise was very narrow.

Sometimes I use two or three blankets as my hamstrings feel very different day to day. Good to use what works for you! Thanks for practicing with me. .

I really enjoy Yin, sometimes I do Yin and Vin mix. However, my hamstrings are still as tight as a gnats arse. Thanks for the upload 🙏🙏

I often have to remind myself that it took a lot of years to make my hamstrings tight and it will take a lot of years to unwind that - so patience and more patience. While I love Yin to Vin, for deep stretching in this space for me - Yin alone is the best way to go. Thanks for joining me today!

@@YogaRangerStudio many thanks for the response. I've been training for decades, it has always involved stretching of some sort, however I've only been doing yoga for 3 years now, pretty much everyday. I've kind of accepted that my hamstrings will probably never be very flexible. I do gaze in awe of some people's hamstring flexibility. 🙏
