Guy tries to murder me at a stop light.

A male that has been parking in a private lot was told to move out of the lot months prior. He threatened the tow driver's life once before but the tow driver gave him the chance to move. This time the tow driver picked the car up and headed to the tow yard. The male and accomplices followed the tow driver down the road and ran up to the vehicle at a red light pulling a firearm from the vehicle, The tow driver saw the gun and hit the gas. The male subject tried to run to the window to murder the tow truck driver but couldn't make it to the window in time and shot off around 5-6 rounds at the tow truck. The driver made a getaway and ran for his life as the male and the female driving the silver Toyota suv chased him further down the road. The Albuquerque police department found the male subject and he has been arrested but as of now has only been charged with aggv assault with a deadly weapon... We NEED to keep our drivers safe!
