And while the domestics wouldn't be protected, the other two are under the migratory bird act. If you look at the hind foot of a chicken they have a single metatarsus that's about a 1/2" wide by about 3" long versus a cat who has four long metatarsals bundled together & they're about 1" wide by 3" long (and yes I measured my adult cats compared to my adult chickens). The barbecue video shows a long metatarsus with splayed out toes as you see in chickens and similar birds such as grouse while in comparison cat toes are much smaller. There has been zero actual evidence of any Haitians in Springfield eating dogs or cats.
