I've been working in event security off and on for about 20 years, and if there's one thing I've come to expect at these things, it's the unexpected. You're basically babysitting a bunch of drunk/high toddlers whose sense of entitlement goes up with every beer drank, joint smoked or pill popped, and because people are the way they are, that can result in everything from shouting matches to fights, sexual assaults and even homicide. And then there's always outside forces at work, in particular the weather which can turn deadly in minutes; I worked a country music festival a few years ago where a prairie storm blew in so fast nobody even had a chance to run for cover, and the wind was so strong it blew down the main stage. One person died and 15 were injured, but it could have been much worse. A few years later at that same festival I personally arrested two men for sexual assault and joyfully helped put both of them in prison for 15 years each. And don't even get me started on the whole Travis Scott thing, we'll be here all day. There's just something about music festivals that brings out people's inner idiot, but hey it keeps me employed.

As far as the first story about carbon monoxide, it's no joke and can kill you fast. In my state during a days long power outage a man had his generator running in a shed, away from his house. He was aware of the danger, but he went out to refuel it. He shut it off, had the shed doors open, and didn't even have time to pick up the gas can before he was overcome and died. It can happen faster than people think TBH.

Older cases: In December 1969, whilst the Rolling Stones were performing at the Altamont Free Concert in California, Meredith Hunter, age 18, rushed the stage but was roughly pulled away by Hell's Angels security. He returned with a revolver and was dragged away once again by HA member Alan Passaro. The latter beat Hunter with a pool cue and stabbed him as Mick Jagger begged and pleaded with the crowd to chill out. Hunter died of his injuries, and Passaro was acquitted on the basis of self-defence. So much for peace and love. At the Woodstock Music & Art Fair in upstate New York a few months earlier the same year, Raymond Mizsak, age 17, was in his sleeping bag in the path of tractors clearing a path and removing rubbish. The tractor drivers didn't see Miszak, but others did. The latter cried out, but the drivers could not stop in time. So, they ran over Miszak and crushed him to death.

(From my Experience & friends) - [my opinion & observation] ⚠️ When u go to festival/raves they ALWAYS have tons of water bottles, there held usually at night in a weird places / always different locations. ie..like an ice rink.. which was cold and people were laying on the ice because their bodies were so hot. This was at night in Florida. They even have rest tents/ first aid around..your supposed to drink tons of water and stay cool.. the people that run the place are always telling you to drink water.. which is always over priced! Idk why u would take it during the day time when it’s so hot? that sounds miserable.. alcohol dehydrates you, it’s also a depressant. ( like the drugs) being out in the sun & drinking Red Bull & alcohol, that was a disaster waiting to happen. either way.. your supposed to stay hydrated when you take hallucinogenics. U can smoke though…Prayers for her family. 🙏🏼 I’m so sorry for her loved ones.. this could have been avoided if she knew or if anyone had informed her. 🚫 please if u take these, don’t drink alcohol and stay hydrated. Laying on my right arm causing Compartment Syndrome & Rhabdomyolysis. Luckily I'm only disabled now instead of dead. I also add the long story if anyone wants to know the dangers of Energy Drinks. It's not just the green Monsters it's all energy drinks
@lordkuku2 жыл бұрын
Here's the long story: See back in 2011 I had bought a case of the 16oz Green Monster Energy Drinks. Over the course of the day I had drunk at least 3 of them causing me to pass out from Kidney Failure. When I passed out I laid on my right arm for over 40 hours. I passed out on a Sunday night sometime after 10pm, house sitting for a friend of mine while he was going to be out of town for 3 to 4 weeks for his job. Before he left he said I looked like I was awake but no one was home. Not only was I house sitting but also watching his 3 kids, 1 boy (age 17) and 2 girls (age 13 & 15). The boy went away for 2 days to wrestling camp and just left the 2 girls. On Monday morning the 2 girls needed a ride to babysit. Instead of shaking me to try and wake me they punched and kicked me and caused blunt force trauma to the back side of my right leg and right butt cheek. When I didn't wake up they just left me there and found another ride. Then they needed another ride on Tuesday and again punched and kicked me to try and wake me up but all it did was cause more damage to my body. You would think if someone was laying in the same spot and nothing had changed in the room, something isn't right and they should have called someone. Then later that Tuesday night I was making weird noises cause I was slowly dying. So the girls thought I was possessed, so they laid chicken bones out around the house and banged drum sticks together thinking they were going to get rid of the possession lol. The girls never thought of calling an adult or 911. Finally their brother came home from camp around 11pm Tuesday night and when he lifted me off my arm I guess I let out a howl like a wolf because of the pain. He tried to get one of his sisters to get some water to give me but they didn't want to come near me in fear that I was possessed, but at least he was able to convince one of his sisters to call my father who rushed over to the house pretty quickly. The 17 year old boy carried me up two flights of stairs and out to the car. By the time I got to the ER the docs were surprised I was still alive and said another hour my kidneys would have erupted and the poison would have killed me. They gave me many shots of Narcan with no result of waking me. All the tests that came back showed no drugs or anything in my system to cause me to pass out from Kidney Failure till the kidney doc saw the results and he thought I had done too much cocaine. Until I woke up 2 days later I assured him I have never touched that stuff. Then three days after thinking about what could have caused me to pass out I remembered the Energy Drinks and mentioned that to him and that's when he said "Well you should have just gone and got an eight ball of cocaine and used it all at one time, the test results would come back the same". The docs. had to cut my right forearm open exposing the muscle that was 11in wide by 14in long (basically the size of a small football) because of the Compartment Syndrome. The nurses also had to give me a catheter cause I couldn't urinate for them, my father said when it came out like black molasses. The second day they had to put a catheter in my chest to run dialysis and a wound vac on my right arm because of the Compartment Syndrome. Back to the first day I was in hospital they had put this medication on my open wound on my right forearm in the form of a nylon mess. The nurses forgot to take it off before adding the wound vac. So for 28 days going through dialysis for 6 to 8 hours every other day and the wound vac had to be changed every other day from the dialysis. Then the nurses needed me to give them a specimen sample and I had me bare down and push it out and in doing so the catheter in my chest blew out covering the bathroom in red. They rushed me to surgery and put a permanent catheter in my jugular. So I now have a 7in scare going across my neck and a 3in by 11in scare down my right forearm. The day I was being released from the hospital the doc took off the wound vac and said "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT STILL DOING THERE" referring to the nylon mess medication. He then said he was sorry but he had no choice but to pull the medication out cause it has embedded itself into my forearm muscle. Nylon gloves, nylon mess and blood don't mix and become very slippery. He tried to rip the medication out of my forearm like you try to rip off a bandaid really quick. It took him 3 to 4 pulls before he got it out but I screamed like a 2 year old girl jumping on a metal nail and it went through the foot. The pain was so intense I can't explain it. So now I'm left being permanently disabled. I have no use of my right hand and very little use of my right leg. The doctors said had I got there on that Monday morning they would have kept me overnight for observation and would have been fine by Tuesday. If I happen to fall asleep, when I wake it feels as if someone was standing above me stabbing me with hot steak knives and pitchforks. Till I take my meds then I feel the pins and needle like you would if your hand or foot was to fall asleep. I have that feeling 24/7 - 365 a year. I didn't have insurance so I wasn't able to go to a pain doc. I had to go to a normal doc. that over prescribed me pain meds. I was getting 180 10/325 Percocet, 180 10/325 Vicodin (for breakthrough pain) and 15 250mg Fentanyl Patches every month for three years. Then I was able to get to a pain doc. that only gave me only 90 Percocets. I found myself in another hospital for 5 day to get off the painkillers that I had become dependent on. Now I only take Suboxone for the pain and it doesn't help much except to relieve the hot knives and pitchforks but I still have the pins and needles feeling till I can smoke some Cannabis that takes all the pain away and helps a lot with depression and panic attacks. Amen to God's given gift, if it wasn't for Cannabis I would have died from opiates years ago. Even knowing I was passed out the entire time. I was able to put all the pieces together by talking to the 3 kids and their father, I was able to see the complete picture of what had happened to me.

Number 5 doesn't make a lick of sense...all these dealers going to jail for selling drugs that people WANT...and then when they die the dealer ain't nowhere around but they still get charged...this guy was with this girl for hours filming her and she dies and all he gets is a drug charge? Make this make sense 🤔
