Hello! Really glad u made a new 10min dumbbell workout been following ur 10 and 15 min full body workouts that u made about a year ago for more than 4months now and it shows results thank you really but I still kinda struggle doing the pushups even with the knees, would u recommend me doing biceps or shoulders first? Thanks again!

Crikey, I felt that! I try to get through each of the 10 minute no-repeat videos in a week. This routine is going to be worth two of those! Anyway, love what you do. Your videos are so precise and you are so encouraging. I get the feeling every size, shape and sex is welcome in your gym. Thanks for everything you do.
