Join me for a 12 min bicep home dumbbell workout. Continuing on with our 'staple set dumbbell workouk' series which you guys are absolutely loving
Back also with our 3 workouts stations, our heavier , moderate and lighter station and collection of dumbbells
Again kicking off with our staple exercise on the heavy station , then onto another exercises on the moderate station , then back as always to our heavy staple before hitting the light
If you have done the other workouts in the series , you know how it works by now
Again we will be hitting 40 secs on dumbbell work at each station with 20 seconds rest in between
