I just have to tell you: THANK YOU ZEUS FOR NOT MAKING THIS A FOUR ROUND ROUTINE. By the 4th exercise I had to skill down from 20s to 10 pounders and rest a lot. BTW. I just came from your CHEST FROM YOUR BACKYARD because I felt ok and needed some legs to call it a day.... AND WHAT A DAY!!! Thanks!

really great sweat on this one!! used 12.5s because you scared me with saying "light weights" but those turned out to be alright. Probably could've had used a little heavier, but had a great sweat and heart rate was definitely way up! thanks!

As always didn't disappoint, had to drop dumbbells on a couple as mine are to heavy, but meant I got balance and technique right

Having Facebook meant members could join the private group I set up for members only but anyone can still do it even without joining the group. It was just a wee added bonus but plenty of others who don't have Facebook working away
