Zeus, i am a competitive tennis player and this looks like Awsome upper body workout for building strength as well. One odd question. Would it be bad thing if i used 15 lbs dumbbell on my right arm and 10 lbs dumbbell on left arm ?? i am right handed tennis player with 1-handed backhand so i am more interested in building up the right arm more. I'm 58 and my rugby days are long gone. I always trained heavy in the past, but your workout has proved to me that light weights get a lot heavier when you use them intensely. Great workout, and I will try a few more. I have to stick to upper body as my knee cartridge is shot to bits.

As a out of shape 305 lb man trying to change my life for the better and only have basic dumb bells at home this was fantastic and not easy. Its been since junior high that I worked out fully with weights so im not use to it but thank you for this video for I am trying to go on a diet and work my muscles to burn my fat off as best as I can. Im taking weekly photos of myself to give me motivation to keep trying and get a better healthy lifestyle.

Amazing Michael, that's How its done. For anyone else that has said it's too tough or you can't keep up, this is exactly what I was saying. If it's too hard or you can't yet keep up, that's a good thing. As it's now a target to aim for and Michael has showered exactly that. Next target is now not only completing it consistently but then slowly adding a tiny bit of weight to make it even tougher 👍💪🙏

A really great workout! I do this with 30 minutes HIIT comprising 100 push ups, 100 squats and 10 minutes on the spot sprinting, and it covers all the bases!

did this today but I paused it in between each set and did 15-20 , and not 10 for each set. I like that I can also change my weight selection on this one for each area- triceps I went down a bit to 5lbs and paid more attention to form. definitely took this a little slower so I could make sure I was in proper form and took my time for a longer set of 12-15 which I had no issues with. great workout and thank you

I'm 67, I kept up pretty well, I only used 10lbs dum bells, but, I can't believe how quickly I got burnt, the first exercise of every body part must be designed to burn out that muscle group, if so, it worked great Nice!

this was such a good workout. you said "light weight" so I used 15s all the way through and that was exactly the right weight. Hardest part were those bicep sets, and then crushing the triceps to finish. Have a great sweat and pump! Thank you!

Again cool workout, simple but very well planned. I specially recommed that last triceps extension exercise for tennis players like me, it´s fantastic for not hurting your shoulders when serving. Thanks a lot.

Great workout. I did this on Saturday, a Sunday off and doing it today on Monday. This is so effective for me to add it to my badminton strength training regime, alternate day with my customised lower body workout.

Great workout! My husband and I just completed it and loved the burn! He used 10s and I used 5s. I'm curious why you do biceps so early in the workout, being a small muscle group? It was fine--just different than how I usually progress muscle to muscle and would love to learn more :)

Just found dumbells i forgot my fiance had, randomly found this, loved it. Looking forward to trying out a few more. Not looking forward to the old DOMS the next couple days 😫

Good job,if you enjoyed this you should check out the new 4 week boot camp that started on the channel few weeks ago.nearly all the workouts up now .all completed with nothing but dumbbells and body weight at home ,everyone loving it 👍
