Because so much was released in one go. Very few people have the mental stamina to dig through all this gold. If it was released in bits, the information load would be less overwhelming, and therefore more people would watch more episodes. Also, the algorithms favours consistency over mass. Therefore more people would stumble upon the videos, if they were released on a regular basis. Thirdly, the channel is a bit of a mess to dig through, because the many short exercise clips which gives less meaning if not seen in context of the articles.

Hey Thibs, after finding out my neurotype on your website, 1B, im now on a 5 day ppl split with about 4 exercises per day, doing 16 heavy sets and about 6 more sets of lighter isolation and assistance stuff. My heavy sets dont go over 6 reps and rarely under 3 and im usually around rpe 9. Do you recommend a deload phase after 8 weeks or should I just throw in some neural charge if I start to feel beat up? And how often would you rotate exercises? Thanks for all the info!

Hard is not impossible What sort of helps me during a stressful event, is to think about other things that have worked out in the past. "If you survived that, you do also do this."

That's why it is not recommended to drink coffee everyday, right? Coffee abusing can also put you in that burnt out phase.
