The e36 Gen has one of the best cockpits. They’re really tailored around the driver. BTW! Totally digging the TW cap 🧢

I've used super strong velcro before and it worked pretty good . You can use a piece of foam to raise the velcro in low spots.

Could use adhesive foam tape on those rattle contact points also. Attach to the metal of the door for additional padding... ;)

E46s also have a similar problem with the rear lights. Mine had problems where the brake and turn signal lights wouldn’t always work. It’s a harness issue that they actually had a recall for

Not by any means telling you what to do but I would highly recommend driving gloves even though your hands are probably clean the oils in your skin will transfer and over time it’ll wear that amazing wheel out.

Have you thought about drilling and putting in Riv Nuts? That way you can use bolts to attach the door cards. Easy to install and remove

And for the top part of the door panels, use the old upper clips from old door cards and transfer them to the new door cards using adhesive... just a thought

Old cards are gone. Honestly I’m good with this setup, drivers side worked out great. I’ll just revisit passenger side. Thanks for the suggestions though!

We’re there any flat CF door cards you could of got? It seems like the better option since the one you have with all the work you had to do still looks “meh” and it’s not Bc of the screws on top just overall. Not bashing your work on it just the design of it and how it just wasn’t the right fit

Drivers door is perfect, I just botched passenger side. I don’t want flat cards, I’d go oem if these didn’t work out, but they did. Watch full video you can see the finished product ain’t bad
