• Thich Nhat Hanh - The ...
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Zen meditation master Thich Nhat Hanh offers his practical teachings about how to bring love and mindful awareness into our daily experience. Kind, purposeful, and illuminating, here is an abundant treasure of traditional gathas (teachings) that unify meditation practice with the challenges we face in today's world.
------------------------------------------------------------------
I receive many touching comments on the Thich Nhat Hanh videos, and I'm really happy they have managed to reach so many people, and I'm able to help spread his timeless and invaluable teachings. I hope if they have been inspiring and meaningful for you that you can either buy the original recordings or donate to Plum Village, to help contribute to the beautiful and important work that is being done there.
I should also mention that this channel is not monetized in any way. The adverts you see are automatically generated by KZbin and I can't switch them off.
Thank you.

Listening to Thay speak is soothing to my soul. Not just because of his calm voice, but because of his teaching. Like he said, love comes from understanding. Being able to understand others’ suffering helps us to love one another by transforming their suffering into joy.

I bought this tape and am typing it out so I can read it. I can not understand the spelling of the Buddhist term he uses, sounds like "mind tree". Any help please reply. (10:38 - 10:40) for example "remove the thorn from another".
