Quite a morning on the lake! Not at all the flight I was expecting when I departed, but I'm glad I went. (If you're here for the wildlife stuff, go to about the 35 minute mark.)

I was flying in that haze today in VA too out of Shannon KEZF. 4-5SM visibility and engine performance was a little off. VFR student solo never been in anything that thick before lol

Thats phenomenal content - thanks for taking us along. What is your experience as an aviator (where/how did you learn to fly, how long have you been doing it, etc.)?

Thanks! I started flying in the 90s. Learned up here in the mountains of VA and in FL. Worked as a charter pilot for a long time, mostly eastern half of the US. Personal pilot for a number of aircraft owners. Always found time to work as a flight instructor along the way, as it's what I like most.
