Hi just found your channel! I think the person directing you at Wella was wrong to give you CT14... but I think she was right that it's the same as T27. I use T14 and it tones the orange. I tried T18 but it doesn't work on the orange. T14 works. But if you leave it on too long it can turn gray so keep monitoring it and wash it out as soon as it looks better.
