Invest in a freezer. When you buy bulk meat or even buying on a monthly basis. It keeps you from having to go shopping so often. Its a money saver. Don’t forget couponing too.

Good luck! My best property manager for my out of state rental was a handy man/general contractor. Less fees and took care of everyone including changing locks and fixing things.

That’s why folk should stop using the phrase “I bought a house” or “I own a house”. You own nothing. You mortgaged a home you can afford. Purchase the land and the mineral rights. Build the home with your own money and no loans. If you can’t afford to do this, save until you can.
