@@chinelonwadukwe4451I do mines every month. Once a month is enough…. I sleep with the paste in my hair overnight with a shower cap on. In the morning I wash out the paste herbes with warm water. After this I deep condition with heat for 30 minutes because Henna and other herbs can be drying on the hair. I rinse out the deep conditioner with warm water. Then I use a leave in conditioner (first ingredient is water) followed by a cream then last I seal it all in with a aruveydic oil like Alma oil. Then I get my hair braided in four jumbo cornrows. I leave in the cornrows for a month then repeat the process. While the hair is in protective style I continue to mostriuze it every couple of days so it doesn’t dry out. Dry hair is reason for breaking. I been doing this since May 2024 and it November 2024 and my hair has grown so much and gotten so much stronger and thicker .

@@A_Wilson I was thinking about that and have made many teas. When you make a tea, it's always a very diluted concentration, all of the constituents from the plant matter aren't fully extracted into water. But I guess I can just make a few teas until I can figure something else out.

Henna and moringa are 2 diff things.. both are a green powder but henna changes to brown as it oxidises. You can definitely add moringa powder to henna..
