I have seen those levels of fair play from players across sports and they stick with you. Personally i accept these things happen spur of the moment, hasnt knocked him much in my opinion but if he picked up the ball and talked to the ref even if they didnt qualify only the most ardent French fans would trash him. TBF it's not really and I say that as an Irishman. England were in a QF of a WC. They had the golden Boot in their team and could've made it to the final. We were trying to qualify for a WC and while it was a terrible cheat on both occasions, there's a difference between going to a WC and being 2 games away from a WC final. Chacnes are if we made it to SA that year and ended up in the same group as France did we woulda been put out by Mexico and Uruguay. Our 2010 team wasn't the best. Still, we shoulda been in SA 2010 instead of France. And besides, they are mocking Henry for cheating here, not the Irish team.
