These are people's careers now. They know nothing else but thievery. I come to Houston five times a year to visit family and I rarely see police officers anywhere on the streets. I know that police forces are nowhere near as big as the population in a major city and it's hard for policemen to be everywhere at the same time but this is where we are now. And people want to say to these type of people, get a job, but get a job where making how much to even pay rent or buy food. You can even go to college to better yourself or trade school. This is just where we are and this is not new. I don't care who is the political majority in your area, so don't turn this into a political comment.

When I was a kid growing up in the early 1960's I loved fireworks season. Today, people blast away filling your yard, street, and roof with debris. And they never clean it up. I sincerely wished Harris County would put a ban on these things.
