16:41 Actually no... This guy was serially robbing similar stores that day, and the police began staking out all of the stores in the area. If you watch the full video, you even see many, many more police arrive, high-fiving each other, and staring over the counter at the suspect on the ground in handcuffs, LAUGHING at him, as they celebrated even more. They were ACTIVELY searching for him. He was on a robbing spree that day!
