Stewart Downey was a fantastic drummer but he was also very under rated in my opinion jailbreak drum beat is sensational

I played this with a band and may just be me as a teen at the time but my natural style places the hi-hat opening one beat later so I found it difficult to place it where Brian places it. It was just a little fiddly so I had to just keep playing it but so many times in practice I would miss it and place it one beat later. No one noticed but if you are going to get it right then you have to get it right. Brian Downey one of the very best. That band put me through the ringer as also played second song on the bill Cold Sweat.

I do not isolate tracks. I have already isolated tracks of some songs. I just mix these tracks to my taste.

Drums sound so thin, Alcock's production on them was awful. Honestly think Visconti was the wrong man for Lizzy too, he failed to capture their live sound and a lot of that is down to the poor drum recording. Can't fault Downey though.
