Lovely Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard about - Schallingora Increase Capability Scheme (google it)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning how to dunk like a total badass minus the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend Sam finally got astronomical success with it.

Kudos for the Video! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Schallingora Increase Capability Scheme (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off product for learning how to dunk like a total badass without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my best friend Jordan got cool success with it.

@@Exiah0720 The first number means sets and the second one is reps. You do tuck jumps 6 times, take a short break and do it again for 3 times. So it's 3×6 hope you understood.

M the reason its famous is because it’s so simple. Daycare kids can play soccer. That doesn’t go to basketball. It takes a lot of grinding and research just to get in the basics.
@jjkembo88103 жыл бұрын
@Christian Raphael K. Siosan no but like, he probably played as a child alot. I did too, (almost) we all did since as a kid it's easy to play, you can play almost anywhere and it's so on. That's not the case with basketball, where it take time just to be able to bounce the ball. And honestly most young kids obviously isn't gonna get into that
@jjkembo88103 жыл бұрын
Christian Raphael K. Siosan true, valid point. I want to rephrase it my opinion. I think the main reason soccer is so popular is because its such a simple concept yet it’s still very entertaining. Since it’s so simple almost everyone can get into it. It does not have favoritism either. For example in basketball taller players are the better fit. In sumo wrestling you need to be big, Like REALLY big. But soccer have a position for everyone. Very wholesome lol

Dont worry about dunking at a young age . If you're a 13 year old and can't dunk , it doesn't mean that you will never dunk you will become taller later on. My advice is to practice exercises to jump higher but don't expect results early . I'm 13 years old 5 foot 4 and I can touch the backboard and I'm not worried about dunking this year . When I become 15 or 16 im sure I'll gain extra cms + my vertical will be higher at that time What I'm trying to say is that if you're 5 foot 5 or even 6 foot 1 and can't touch the rim, doing these exercises won't make you dunk tommorow . Just be patient

I'm 182 cm and my standing vertical is 58 cm and running vertical is 62 cm. I will edit this comment to tell you my progress. Day 8: My legs dont hurt anymore after long basketball sessions (they used to shake after like an hour of playing) Day 14: My vertical has improved a bit. I could barely dunk before and now its a lot easier. Day 60: My vertical is much higher now, but I feel like I stopped improving after the first month. To improve more I would probably need to lift weights or try another workout.
