@@jpm8960 I look like you in terms of height..? Based on the video, our shins look like they’re the same length/ height so that automatically makes me 5’8”😅 No worries! I have dunked with some elite athletes & dunkers that have their heights at 6’1” but are easily 2-3” taller! I was at the hospital a looooooot last year because of cancer, chemotherapy & radiation so my height and my weight have been measured at least 20+ times that I have on paper and I have measurements that range from 5’6.5” *(what it says on my online portal currently)* to 5’8”!! it seems that he’s incorporating a lot of overcoming isometrics into his workout which is something ive been researching, as its a way of increasing power and performance without size, it’s essentially trying to move an immovable object. This help your body to recruit a higher number of muscles to perform the exercise and gives a considerable lower percentage of injury, as well as using the exercises where your knees go over your toes to strengthen the muscles supporting your knees and the tendons to reduce knee injury. This guy knows his stuff! will definitely try this routine for my leg day. Thanks fella!
