Yo man, lemme tell you how much I wanna thank you, this channel is a gift from God, it's different from most other channels. When talking about anything there's no bullshit, it's simple and straight to the point. I got my vertical up to about 40" in a matter of months and I can dunk with both hands. The ball handling drills and shooting drills have made me into a deadly scorer and offensive player as well. I love how he set up all the moves in order for an attack the Tim Hardaway cross then the step back the Tim one is he's driving using his left hand so if you're defender got use to it you can plant the step back to put him on skates lol.

For the killer cross over I practice that move a lot and I like dribbling the ball lower because it's faster right but in your video you had thrall a bit higher which one do you think would be right low or high
