Saturday Nightu the process isnt gonna happen over night what id do for this is to add calf raises too these three and proper stretching and just hopping around ur legs will build up do these things every day with a weekend break so u wont get jumpers knee or anything like that and u will be able to dunk u dont need to do hard insane workouts calesthenics is ur best friend just its patience and long game. the most important thing to this is actually jumping at the rim and ur technique. do the squats and calf streches and raises and jumping at rim and ur good man trust me im 5’7 and im 18 and im not the most athletic person but i fucking make dudes at parks get a hard on when i dunk

I’m 6 foot 2 and almost dunking at 10. Build your legs up and increase hand strength. If you are able to properly grip the ball and have full control it helps so much. If you can’t dunk at 6 foot 2 all you can do is work your legs. I suggest running and doing leg work with weights, 6 weeks of this will help. If I were you follow these and also doing Romanian dead lifts

Yes man great suggestion. In general, you want to follow a solid Static Stretch Cool Down for after your workouts, practices and games. Also consuming at least 20 grams of protein within an hour after a workout will help shorten recovery time and prevent muscle soreness / fatigue!
