Just a heads up to young hoopers: the shamgod is a move that you should start doing after you've mastered basic crossovers. NOT one that you should try all the time in games.

For the double behind the back after the move you could do a spin move with no dribble to a layup or floater

Can you do it in game?...I’m sure he makes the how-to’s for us. Not himself
@rjraby97664 жыл бұрын
@@sosacapalot3459 yes it is for us that's why he made the video I'm just saying that if he's going to teach us moves then i think he must show it in game on how affective this moves are for example the "shamgod". You can't just do that move and expect the defender to fall, no because the "shamgod" I think requires a certain CERTAIN position on the defender to be effective. That's why it is important to read the defender. If you're just doing ("stupid") moves (like what i did when i first started playing basketball) then you will not be able to make the defender have a hard time on you.

@lazyymaster03903 жыл бұрын
Well.. at least to me, pressure defense doesn't allow you to dribble in front. The ideal move would be one that creates separation and then start some of these moves in the video. If there's a defender sniffing on your neck, you can't dribble in front, and if he has active hands, then you are screwed if you don't raise the off-ball arm.
