The issue tho is the REPRESENTATION of the skit, which relates to wrong and harmful stereotypes associated with trans people. We know Mulan is not written to be trans, but this skit does echo the harmful and superficial association of trans people with drag. Guys, calm your moobs. This isn't transphobic. Most transgender people know form birth or a young age what gender they should be, but their identity stays the same. They're still the same person, they just realise they're the wrong gender. You're all taking it waaaay too seriously. i actually didn't know what was up with me until i got older. Because during that time, women weren't allowed in the war and if she had been caught, she would have been killed. It has nothing to do with gender identity issues. Why can't nobody see that?

Sunny-D Curles I'm not saying it's not ok. I didn't mean to sound hostile. What I'm trying to say is that it'd be weird for someone to change their identity because everyone (your friends, family) would be pretty confused since they always knew you a certain way. It's almost like someone eating a certain food all day everyday, then suddenly change it. It would be a little awkward at first, but everyone would eventually get use to it.
