Another great "bouquet of randomness" 🙂 I'm always interested in items from the mid to late 1930's not so much for their design (though now that you've pointed it out I may start to pay more attention...) but for the knowledge that they were just a few years away from being caught up in a world war, and had no idea. Thanks for another little time travel break ⏳⌛🕰

@@55David I should have added, anyone in the 1930's who was 30 or older had also lived through WWI ("the war to end all wars") and I'm sure was hopeful that such a terrible thing would never happen again. At what point did they start getting an inkling that a new kind of horror was rising?
