i’ve spent alot of money on sims 4. tried my hardest to get into it. i can’t do it. sims 3 is so realistic, so dramatic, and honestly just 10 times better. the game was made in 2009 so i understand it won’t run well, but a good graphics card and some mods to make it run better and that’s all i need! sims 3 gameplay never fails to make my day. my last wedding consisted of 2 births, a death, an affair, and a meteor. you just can’t get that effect in sims 4 😩

@@LangkeeLongkee while the vampires and spellcasters obviously have more effort put into them because they are the only occult packs we have, it just goes to show that sims 4 has potential to have the other occults that were in sims 3 but for some reason chose not to. It doesn't make sense because werewolves vs vampires is literally the ultimate plot line in anything supernatural, so for them to not even include a werewolf occult is dumb. It just feels like such a robbery that they made whole ass seperate packs for just 2 occult types when in the previous games they had 1 pack with multiple occult types. They could have done a vampire AND werewolf pack, which honestly is not that hard to do. It seems lazy that they chose to focus on one occult type for the vampire pack. The spellcaster pack I can understand more because there's a whole unique world, but the world in the vampire pack could easily work for werewolves too. Also, we don't even get proper cemeteries or ghosts in the sims 4. I was extremely disappointed in the paranormal activity pack because I thought we would get better ghost interactions and just more ghosts in general, but it still sucks. And there were literal zombies in the sims 3!! How cool would it be for us to get zombies in sims 4 but with more interactions!

Yea sims 4 is basically a “ yung adult” simulator. I would love if they had teens that would get pimples or would sneak out or be able to go through phases, kids that wouldn’t do so many chores all the time and actually play whit toys more and things to play outside whit ( cus all my kids is godies all the time whitout me telling them to be and it’s very unrealistic) I would love if the young adults would get bored if they didn’t didn’t leav there house more or get stressed whit having many baby’s cus there in there 20s, I would love if adults would get in a midlife crisis, and I would love if elders actually got an option to retire as soon as they became one and still get money. And if they would sleep more often or mabye bake a lot or often go over to there grandkids house or write a will when they die if they aren’t in your household and all there kids and grandkids gets random amounts of money from there bank and some might get a random furniture from the house.

They took away create a style because the game was originally intended to be online multiplayer and having to load in someone else's textures would be torture. That's why we got it back with the pets expansion as if they'd never said it was impossible with the framework they had to work with.

@@marcel7734 I also had saves where I played as just horses or just cats (with a human locked in the basement that would never age and could survive on their own, since you needed a person sim on the lot) Dogs couldn't take care of their own needs well enough, but horses and cats could get their own food and water easily enough. Cats had to scratch, but hiding a scratching post on the lot like in a tree or something worked just as well

yeah but it caused so much performance problems in sims 3, tho, in the sims 3 for xbox they did a thing where the world was "half open", you got like how the sims 4 districts were cut, all houses in that area were accessible without needing a loading, but if you want to leave that district it needed a loading. it felt nice since you didnt have to go thru a loading to literally visit ur next door neighbor, but if you wanted to go to ur local bar you went thru a loading, best system imo, world feels open without having performance issues

I’ve never played any of the sims except sims 3 (and attempted sims 4 but it was a no go) but over heard good things about the sims 2. So yes I completely agree, they should keep the general gameplay of the older sims games (like open world, customization, and the rest) and then make it graphically like the sims 4 with a few thing the sims 4 did right, like being able to pull different parts of the sims body to adjust it, and I think you can have group convos and stuff like that. And maybe add some new stuff bc yk, upgrade, and make that the sims 5 And then there should be a game of the sims ( but separate like the sims mobile but on P.C./xbox/ect) and make it online/it would be too messy to try and turn the sims 1,2,3,4 types of games into an online game but if they could make a spin off game where it’s a little simpler but online, that would be cool as shit Or at least a multiplayer type game that’s online

sims 4 cas, bb and gaphics (best looking/compatible by far with CC), sims 3 xbox 360 world (the whole open world without lag is impossible imo so it's as good as we can get but still better than sims 4), sims 2 level of animation detail and detail in general and maybe difficulty as well because sims 3 and 4 are too easy (make difficulty adjustable at least, and by difficulty i mean how fast needs degrade, how fast relationships develop or carreers and money etc..) havent played the sims 1 so cant think of a unique feature it has we might want. might be cool to be able to make our own world, maybe difficult to have the "half open" world tho , sims 3 was full open and sims 2 was like sims 4 with placeable lots, maybe we could have placeable open districts we could put like 4 or 5 lots max in each

What I would love is the sims 4 base, but add alpha hair and actual eyelashes to it. The realistic faces just don’t match for me, it’s a simulation not a game like RDR2 or something, it doesn’t fit the vibe for me. I see where your coming from though! @@no1caresanymore i don't think we should hold paralives to the same standards, they're a small group of developers and artists against a big corporte that can afford the best people to work for them. Paralives does look very promising but i hope it doesnt cause too much outrage whenever they aren't able to do something or have problems / lack content etc.. they also said that they dont hope to "destroy" the sims because it inspired them and just wish to "co-exist" because they know sims fans will enjoy their game as well

That’s what I love about indie games in general: as much as possible, they tend to be focused on their creation rather than their bottom line; and that ends up giving us players a superior end product.

The term for this is open world vs closed world, just so you know! The Sims 3 was an open world, whereas The Sims 4 is a closed world. Just so you know how to call them in the future!

Teen Sims are cute in Sims 4 too. Lol like when they go through their moody phase and walk all lazy like "I'm coming daaad!" And I don't usually have my teen Sims get in relationships but I did some heat recently and omg when teen Sims are kissing, the sim who initiated's hand will wander and the other sim pulls it back up to their back and not their bum 😂😂 I screamed when I saw that

The coolest thing about Sims 3 pets was that you could set their autonomy separate from the sims, and that the game had all the necessary interactions for players both controlling them and not (for instance, you could manually stop your dog from chewing furniture.. or have your sims TRAIN them not to chew furniture)

Omfg I wanna scream. I think about these things every time I play sims 4. I missed it so much that I even tried re downloading sims 3 but it wouldn't work on my computer. You could also have pet birds, snakes, rodents that you could just find all over town randomly!!! Ahhhh why won't ea listen to us?? We want sims 3 just with better graphics. Just remake sims 3, ea!! I prefer the sims 3 over the sims 4 because I love colours and lots of creativity options, sims 4's colours are very limited and the creativity options are very minimal
