Young kids need to be taught that cabbage gives you the farts. Just to bring back our joyful GenX days of eating beans for a day straight then having a bubble bath. Heehee. I noticed they seemed sweeter than what I remembered as a child (started eating them again during the pandemic) and I figured it was just "I'm older, I must like em now". It makes PERFECT sense. Brussels sprouts: cut them in 2 or 3 pieces up and down. Saute cut side in butter or veg oil till browned. Turn over, cover and steam till tender. VITAL: sprinkle with lime juice. Makes them taste almost good.
