12:13 FYI, it's "Sailor Moon and the 7 Balls" its... well aged fan product of the adult variety. I personally never saw a VHS copy out in the world from before the internet caught on, but I know they exist, and as it was just as DVD was catching on too, I wouldn't be surprise if there were- well- not official since it's an unofficial product- but at least professionally made versions out there.
