Less is definitely better I’ve had plenty and I’ve had little and one thing for sure is I was not any happier with plenty’ to be honest it just held me in a trap of discontent im so happy to be free from materialism thank you dear yenny for your precious wisdom 🍂🌻🪴

I love the reminder to reflect on my values and priorities when I feel like I want to purchase something I probably don’t need. I think that really will make me rethink the purchase and make me less likely to impulse buy. These are all such great practices to adopt! Thank you Yenny!

Yenny, this is gold !!!! My whole life Ive suffered from FOMO, going right back to when I was a little kid, screaming in the toy store because my mum wouldn't by me the new toy I saw advertised on TV. ( black and white btw ) - but now, I get it, and feel and understand the JOMO, and its such a release . Thnks for your great work - Im always excited when you post a new vid. 😍😍👌👌

It is so hard nowadays to live a normal and regular life, with so much happening in the media world. But once we break free it is such a liberation in all areas of life.
