Hi, dw never like men, it can feel a bit stiffer in some cases but ony if one lets grow a lot but for a short time because hair is cut blunt. Hair basically just grows back, when cut and stops again at the same length but we take off the thinnest part everytime. Hair might be slightly more exposed to hormones during the growth, but when adult since a long time hair doesn't really react to hormones as much because they are done. Though many of us continue getting a bit hairier but that would happen regardless of shaving.

All of the videos that I've watched on KZbin about face shaving have raved about the benefits of it but when I started face shaving it went terribly wrong with me. I'm a teenager and have pretty clear skin, I don't breakout except for when I'm on periods. But when I started face shaving, after like 2-3 uses my skin started to break out like hell around the cheeks and jaw. It was uncontrollable. I don't know what went wrong. But it literally started in Dec last year and till now also I don't have completely clean skin.

Just use Aloe vera gel every night..Your skin should be back to normal

I think u need to sterilize the blades with some sanitizer or some mild soap everytime u shave.there may b some infection otherwise.

It doesn't make hair growth thicker...but it differs from person to person how long it'll last...for me 3times a week..but make sure ur razors are clean.. shaving face is superb..I like it 😌

hey...i have this terrible hair on my face, it's like one of my biggest insecurities because it almost looks like a beard. that too with my face pigmentation, it makes me look uglier than i already am, i feel so ugly due to this, i don't even socialize anymore. i came across this face shaving, which i know is beneficial for both beauty and skin, i told my mom about it, asking her permission to shave my face and see if it will make any difference. but no. she never agrees, she says i'm fine with hair. not even this, but whenever i want to take care of my skin and feel pretty, she just, says no. she says i don't need all that, she says beauty is something god gifts us and if i wasn't born with it, there's no point in trying to be beautiful. this, makes me search for ways to kill myself. my hyperpigmentation is a burden to me, it even irritates me so much to take off my mask, i cry when asked to show my face. overreacting i know, i'm just that ugly. sorry for the rant, i'll show this video to my mom and ask her again.

No, never think that and you are not ugly. Yeah not good she doesn't let you shave if that's your preference, does she let you for the body? Could ask if she lets you wax at least for the face? If she's worried it makes it grow thicker it doesn't and if it happens it's cause hair are exposed to hormones when growing back and it looks like that because they are cut blunt. And in any case when we start shaving somewhere we make it part of a routine and continue. Shaving is really optional but if it's about how God made us it's not much different than cutting nails though that's more practical and essential, but it's just cutting keratin off our body, what's really wrong with it? What's wrong though is bullying a person into shaving because they have hair :(. but not if you prefer to.

@pavithra Ap That’s the case with me. Razor can still be used for finer hairs, and I tweeze off the thicker hairs. Tweezing also delays the regrowth since it plucks the hair out from its root.
