Yes Pete definitely does cover doom metal and death metal, for example he interviewed Chris Reifert. I noticed black metal only occasionally. However Ryan Skow and Nick Franco are into black metal as you say.

@jimmycampbell78 I love the variety, especially some of the progressive rock stuff more obscure. Pete has an amazing knowledge of jazz fusion etc not stuff I listen to but interesting and thats what makes the channel. Always clear presentation not like some um er um er saying the same thing day after day.
