Rockstar didn’t add diving in GTA4 because the game was already very demanding and they didn’t have time to do it, but they did plan to add it. GTA 4 was supposed to be like gta 5, but they just didn’t have enough time

Well i have heard they planned and made more features and bigger map than sa at first....but after more than 50 % work done they changed engine...so that means they need to start from the scratch...as you said due to demand...they had to remove many exciting features

GTA 4's map was going to be wayyyyyyyy bigger, almost the same size of New York (state) but during development where they already taught of alot of stuffs, they switched to a new engine, and i guess learning a engine never used before would take alot of time, that's probably that

@@J.Gainez GTA IV was a disaster on PC because people don't understand that all the coding in GTA IV were designed for consoles. Also people don't seem to understand that it has more difficult to develop games for PS3 compared to Xbox 360. GTA IV was originally supposed exclusive to the Xbox 360

gta 4 didn’t have diving because swimming wasn’t a big part of the game like sa and v, gta4 was supposed to have wayyy more content but the technology at the time made it next to impossible without taking too much data and run stable

There's probably gonna be Controversy, and considering the German, Japanese, Australian versions wants to keep things safe, GTA 3's dismemberment and brutal things also have an affect on Australian versions, so i think that's that.

That's not a bug, GTA 3 is old, its the first game in the 3d era, they only thought of that idea in SA. They only implemented in the Definitive Edition.

Importantly is that all of the Logic wouldn’t happen in GTA VI, Instead Downgrading and/or Upgrading at the same time, Due to GTA IV being a bit more advanced than GTA V, They should add everything in the entire GTA Series into GTA VI, Also GTA 5’s realism kinda makes no sense like in GTA IV, You punch someone, They don’t die, They’re just on the Floor because they’re injured, Compared to GTA V, They die, Like in GTA IV, You hit someone in Non Deadly Parts, They don’t die or when they stay alive they run like normally, They walk like they’re Injured, GTA IV, Some Woman’s don’t fear you compared to GTA V, No matter what Woman, They’ll always fear you, Those are examples like there might be more lol, Hope GTA VI be the best GTA Game of all time due to how Realistic it may be is
