Good you brought this video to educate people. Nowadays local shops sell cheap duplicate design of branded office chairs. I bought one such chair for my daughter during lock down and lasted only for 10 months after which the arm rest and back rest broke off . Very poor plastic quality.

Ghanta apka green soul ka chai smooth move kertha hain. Jo bi metal Legs hain usmein humesha defect nikal kar aata hain, chaahe wheels ki quality kitni bi acchi ho, agar metal legs ka angle teek se set nahin kiya gaya welding ke dauran, thab wheels humesha atak atak ke chalenge. Mein Savya home ka liya tha, same problem, wheels were getting stuck on the inside facing the gaslift because of the Wheel port fixture being welded in such a bias towards the center. I had to claim warranty for manufacture defects, I got a new Metal legs for Rs.71/- and wheel set - Now problem was wheels were stuck on the outside instead of inside because of extreme outward bias to the welding angle. Again I Opted for a replacement, but they asked me to order the part again for Rs.71/- and finally I recieved a defect free Legs. It took 3 total attempts for them to identify and correct the issue. But this is where it makes all the difference. Atleast i was able to get support for the purchased chair under warranty, most third party generic chairs might be cheaper but you will get stuck with defect pieces for life. they were extremely calm and co-operative and understood the explanation (I sent them Videos of the issue via Whatsapp, to attach to the job sheet) Wheel movement might not be everyone's priority, but what is the armrest breaks or the gaslift stops functioning ? You will have to keep spending money to buy your own replacement parts which may or may not be compatible.
