There is no state wise combined medical services exam. UPSC CMS happens once every year and all over India different centres are there so you can give your exam in the centre close to where you stay. Even the salary is same throughout India-- basic pay 57k after adding incentives and home allowance it goes up to 85k to 1lakh+
