Kenchan-sensei, your videos are very well done and have been very helpful to me as I prepare to go to Japan for the first time this week. I have liked all of the videos I have seen from you. Your explanations are thorough and I like the historic facts you attach, for example when you spoke about Hachiko in Shibuya. I think you do a great service to Japan by making these videos and providing travelers with a native's perspective. I appreciate them so much. Thank you!

Kenchan, I find all your videos to be very helpful in learning about different areas. You not only provide good insight and your explanations are very helpful. I literally watched hundreds of videos about Tokyo, and I really like how you focus on what matters and keep things to the point. I am visiting Japan Tokyo this month, and I am glad I found your channel. If I could make a suggestion, please think about having a title screen with a few seconds of music (or a self-introduction) before starting your explanation. You have great content, so I think you should have a clear intro screen to make sure people know what they are getting (especially those who watch in a loop). Anyhow, thanks for your efforts!

Tae san, Thank you for such a detailed feedback! I really appreciate it. I was wondering about the exact scene if I'm supposed to go into the topic soon or not. I'd like to take your advice and try to put a short opening scene with self introduction. I hope you have a great trip in Tokyo! Thank you again.

@tokyokenchan

In Asakusa, souvenir shops close at 4 or 5, while many restaurants are open until mid night or later. So if you liked to see stores, it's better to visit in daytime. Thank you for watching. :)

Where can I buy a kimono jimbei?
@tokyokenchan
@tokyokenchan Жыл бұрын
I checked some stores but some of them seems gone, and I couldn't come up with any specific store that I can tell you with confidence, that they have Jinbei. Sorry. You'll find many kimono shops and souvenir shops that sells Jinbei if you are walking around Nakamise and side streets, especially during summer. If you prefer quality one with cloth from Japan, you might be able to find one in Kimono shop. I'll let you know if I find one when I go to Asakusa next time!
