Okay, that's the Saginaw River. Empties into Saginaw Bay. There are no venues from which to buy at Ojibway Island. BUT there are events open to public there at which you will find items to buy including food. For example, Saginaw Art Fair is mid August (the oldest art fair in Saginaw, not to be confused with Old Town Art Fair). Yes there's a high crime rate: best to stay away from those areas. The free Country Fest is no more. Good while it lasted. AND! The Saginaw Township Soccer Complex has Party on McCarty, excellent venue! I could go on. Yes, there are problems. We're proud of our town. I enjoy supporting our town instead of complaining and doing nothing lol

Yeah IDK where he's getting that there's several businesses/restaurants on the Island, far back as I remember there's never been anything on that island (other than the event stage,) and a handful of picnic tables

Tell me you haven’t been to Saginaw without telling me” 😅it’s the Saginaw River not Horun River or whatever it was called lol. Saginaw does have beauty but it’s overshadowed by vacant property and crime. Spent 30 years there and I never plan on going back

Hi, my name is Zach I lived/ currently in saginaw MI and can confirm 98% accuracy rate There's no business of any sort on Ojibwa island but every every There's a country fest that's held there. Also I'd add a lock car door warning for those who plan on visiting
