Why don’t you mention the ferry option for moving up here? That’s how we moved.

Yes, but it’s always being raided and there are always moves for government to dig deeper into it for funding. Eventually it will probably end.

I think you need to do a bit of research. I live in a small town in southern Idaho. According to gas buddy, the price of gas in delta junction is $3.89. The price of gas closest to me is $3.54. That's not that big of a difference. You should Google how many states have record cold temps of -60 and below. According to the US Department of Agriculture, the number of frost free growing days in Delta Junction vs where I live is only a few days difference on average. And your state could grow an insane amount of food if you guys would stop turning agriculture land into subdivisions and houses. I hear there is a saying in the rest of the state about Anchorage. They say if you live in Anchorage, you don't live in Alaska.
