Are we watching this one late I apologize for that for me it's not like July 9th something I forget anyway I live in Somerset County in PA and I live in the country I have a lake in front of my home and things to that effect and we had visitors from Baltimore over the 4th of July actually came in on Wednesday and left the following Sunday and they could not get over the trees and my garden and the flowers you know sometimes we have that every day and we take it for granted until somebody points it out to us that we are living the most calm peaceful life they've ever seen now that being said we all have our things that go wrong every day but it made me stop and think just how lucky I am to have the trees and the mountains and a lake in front of me in the garden that I have the things that I will not lie I was taking for granted thank you for sharing your videos with us and your family peace be upon you blessings to you and yours

I love Sugarcreek OH. My dad and I are going to drive through it in July on the way to Cuyahoga Falls (Akron). I love seeing the world's largest Coocoo clock, and there's this diner there, with a really good Rueben and onion rings. Last fall though we made the mistake and went during the Swiss festival. Barely found a parking space and seat at the restaurant. Thank you for filming the clock. I like the movie "Finding Love in Sugarcreek (OH)" LOL, I'm spelling it wrong.

It always is so bittersweet when you post your visits to Holmes County. My husband and I travelled there for our honeymoon and at least 5-6 times each year. I’m physically unable to travel the distance of two hours anymore. Your drives and the scenery bring me back to happy, carefree days where you see God’s hand in the nature. We always made a trip to Walnut Creek Cheese. Thanks for the video. I will await them eagerly this summer. Your friend from Pa. Susan

The landscaping, flowers & grass are so beautiful at your grandparent's house. The Holmes County area is gorgeous! Oh, the memories of fireflies (we called them lightning bugs in Indiana) when I was a child. I also caught them & put them in a jar with a lid that had holes punched in it to let air in.
