@@Golgo2047 politics started killing the scene around 2000 when it got greedy, stopped buskers and made em rehaerse and pay for licenses, most of the venues took a hit when the smoking bylaws were introduced, and stages wouldn't book unless the band had at least two hundred guests trailing arond with them. Now that the economy is in tip top shape for tyrants, we gotta step over the addicts to pay for cover in an empty venue. People enjoy thier entertaining mostly at home these days, if you got one. seventies kid here, but as long as there is music and great art, this corpse is going to stay young at heart.
