+1. I haven't faced a lot of issues from men about working after a baby. But I did face huge problems from my tech lead (I am a pm) who was an older lady who basically said "I asked my daughter to quit after she had a baby" Great job lady. I am NOT your daughter and don't have the same ambitions / privileges. Just FYI... Hey daughter was a teacher (good profession... But easier to come back to work than in IT). No man has thankfully every dared to talk non sense to me... I guess I should thank the HR harassment policies most companies have in place.

This is so relatable, being a working professional that too the only woman in a Male led team I have been always judged and not given equal tasks reason being "women should take gentle stuffs that they can handle".Meetings with boss always turn out be non professional and uncomfortable talks.Every new job interview requires me to write in up that I won't marry or have kids as of now ,cause that can tamper the project. And still men think women are over protected and given too much help and support by government.Dealing with home and society is not an easy task and again women happen to be the biggest nightmare for another women, the usual dialogue "why equalize with men? Take care of your kids and prepare food for your husband that's what a woman is made for and satisfy him" #letuslive
