what im doing wrong when im still at SILVER ELITE is peeking more than 1 enemy without throwing a flash. Always popflash, or flash before you peek, then focus your crosshairs on 1 enemy only and focus on taking that person out. It helps your team much more than you think, 1 less person means %20 less to deal with. and now im on SILVER ELITE MASTER

If you want to bait out a shot , you're harder to hit when you jiggle closer to the wall, and closer to the angle you are, you can back off faster. Edit: so closer angles for jiggle peeking or peeking for info, further from a wall if you want to hold an angle

@@diztinger idk now that you mention it, I remember that I do it quite often too for no good reason. I think , if you're closer to the angle, and you widepeek, you move further on your opponent's screen, and your opponent needs to hit a harder flick than if you weren't close to the wall.

Many pros don't seem to understand the concept of perspective. some players obviously do, like NiKo, but I have seen others basically argue "it makes no sense" there are, however, some situations where being close to a corner is good, for example if you're in a place at a time that's likely to get flashed, being close behind a corner improves the odds that a flash will pop behind you or get blocked. and some corners only hide you if you are right in them. but yeah, perspective is probably the least well known fundamental, basic concept in competitive FPS.

what i know bout peeking: if you guys want peek while hugging wall, use that to jiggle peek(don't wide peek or the opponent will kill you easier, but if you just jiggle peeking that will be harder for enemy to hit you), the close wall peek is not good when you want to hold angle. And if you want hold angle, just peek as far as possible from the walls (this is what i learned from xantares peek)

Great video, a lot of stuff here people need to know in mid to lower ranks. I will say though, the second part about hugging the wall is not a full truth. All the characters you show, are hugging the wall on their right side. This is a problem, since the player model always shows the left side before you can see the enemy, but that is not the case for the player models right side. You covered this already in another video, but I think it would have been worth mentioning.

I have a very cool trick when he explained the flash in market he said it was very risky if the enemy is close to u but this trick is very useful ill explain it so if u threw a nade and the enemy is close to u u need to press inspect key quick so it doesn't do the sound thing when u equipped the gun i hope this ks very useful
