Hi bro... First of all, you can come here only as a tourist in Schengen visa... And it's not possible to search job while here as a tourist. Second, if a local dutch company is ready to give you job you also need to check if they are eligible to sponsor your work visa, you cannot apply work visa for yourself.

You have to declare in customs if you carry more than 10,000 Eur (equivalent) also, it is better to bring cash or use multi currency travellers card to avoid hefty conversion charges..
