I was born and raised in Miami so I can definitely explain all these things you saying she's not wrong but what people need to understand is when Taurus go to Miami they only go to the places she's talking about they don't go to enter Miami a lot of inter Miami especially North Miami is very hood and very dangerous so I would avoid it places like allapattah Brownsville Little Haiti Liberty City opa-locka Miami gardens all very dangerous however if you're on the beach and you just go up and down Collins avenue you'll head Sunny isles in Aventura those are relatively safe places and that's where a lot of most of Miami does their shopping at Aventura Mall but if you're in like West Miami or South Miami dolphin Mall is the place to go because it's big as well. But you do have to have money to live in Miami proper

Hey Jessica, big fan of yours. When you update your gymn video and since you are a professional, can you also make some content about the workout styles in Miami - maybe also some other Florida? And maybe a comparison how Floriadians / Miami people/women work-out in comparison to other regions? Any classses/exercises that are particularly popular? I feel like for example Yoga is rather a New York and West Coast thing for example.... Is that true?

@JessicaTellian Жыл бұрын
The tourists who visit south beach vs the residents of Miami Beach are two opposites. It’s 2 different energies. People who come to visit south beach USUALLY are coming to party vs those who live in the calmer, resident areas. Moral of the story: there are a lot of very nice people in Miami Beach. I’m actually moving out of miami. New video coming soon

@Jessica Tellian why are you moving out? I'm considering living there . I know there's a lot to do and I know the town never really sleeps and I like that aspect of it. Looks like fun everyday except traffic and expenses. Do you drive or catch ubers? Do you like the apt condo or house life???

Hey, Jessica I just left last week and was looking at midtown Edgewater to be honest having a luxury apartment next to the water in L. A is at least 4 gran a. month for a one bedroom so for me Miami seems cheap...in comparison ...Also I'm working remotely... California takes over 5 grand a month in state taxes with my income, but in FL ill have no state tax keeping the same income so that's. 5 plus a month extra I'd have.I'd say Miami is a playground and very enjoyable not too expensive depending on your resources ...I'm highly interested in having an apartment there as well..... it has a vibe for me. I hear people complain in Miami but I'm not looking for Miami to make my life better or looking for love like people that move there tend to do, so I don't think ill have any complaints on my end

Hey Michael! It sounds like you have the answer, a smart decision financial and personally. I invite you to stay in that energy and remind yourself of your intention for why your moving there and you will get EXACTLY that. :)

Hi Jessica, so I’m a little late to the game but I’m seriously considering taking the pioneer route and moving south. I know you posted this vid like two months ago, but do you think I should still consider making the move near Miami? From what you see, is there a lot of open jobs (I’m in construction)? Lastly, are there like, safe suburbs that are outside of the downtown hub that I could easily access the city if I wanted. Thanks so much!

if you do good work, there are endless construction and handyman jobs, lots of the housing is old and needs remodel. and tons of new highrise construction. and yes tons of nice suburbs but traffic can kill the 20 minute ride to an hour+.. also the ghetto areas are not that bad, stick to yourself and out of trouble and your good. miami native... its not like the 80s and 90s anymore.
