@@Sweetkaos26 They do make an Ear wax removal tool with a camera. It's about the size of a pen, maybe a little bigger and the handle is the width of a men's Gillette shaver. It taper's off half way and you have a small silicone piece,the camera and a light. You download the app and you can see where the wax is and you can make sure you don't go too far or take out too much wax (you do need to keep some in your ears). It is gentle and the silicone pieces are gentle and thin so it is also easy to clean. Even the charger is small. I like mine.

It doesn’t matter whether you shower in the morning or at night. That said, there is good reason for each no matter which time you choose. If you have a hard time sleeping at night due to apnea or allergies, according to my ex’s doctor it is best to shower at night to wash off allergens that accumulate in your hair during the day. But your body rids itself of toxins and heals itself at a faster rate when we sleep than it does when we are awake (Sources are several Biology teachers). So if you want to wash off the night’s byproducts and wastes excreted in our sweat during our sleep a morning shower is best.

I actually have an issue where my body creates excess sebum, and due to that i dont naturally lose earwax when i sleep or when im in the shower When i went to meps last time for military enlistemnt they had to check my ears, but i got deferred for an hour so they could scrape and clear the inside of my ears because my eardrum was not visible with their scope.it took 20 minutes of scraping to allow 30 minutes of soaking my inner ear in a solution so that it would be loose enough for a 10 minute scraping to get a chunk of earwax out so large i could made a candle outta it

Ive been using q tips to clean inside my ears my entire life, never had any problems. Idk how you can even hear anything if you never clean your ears out, mine get annoying if i dont clean them at least once or twice a week. Dont jam them in, obviously. And don't do it while walking or riding a bike, probably. You can feel when the q tip touches the eardrum, you gently do it. Easy peasy.

I just came across this video and I was so interested to hear about the breathing. A few years ago I had noticed that my body naturally shifted to breathing from my diaphragm especially when laying down and I kept thinking it was odd and kept trying to correct it. Finding out that its actually a better way of breathing I kind of feel silly for forcing myself to change how I breathed. I am so glad to learn this is entirely normal and efficient.

I am going to take a stand and agree with Simon over Danny. The reason is I do my shaving in the shower face, head and body. If I shave at night I will wake up with a scruff that gets worse as the day goes on. In addition I feel refreshed and ready to start the day after a nice morning shower! Plus I feel dirty all day without my morning shower. This comes in a category that no one asked me about my bathing hygiene, but I still went ahead and decided to write it anyways! The other way to solve this massive argument instead of being team morning and team evening shower, you can also shower both in the evening and morning! It's not illegal or immoral to shower twice a day!

Stocking the shelves isn't the best job at a supermarket. My job was. I was on a team of 3 people that worked solely in the back room. We'd unload the semi(s), then cut open each box of product, price each item within, then place them on palates in accordance to the aisle they belonged to. Didn't have to deal with customers at all. Only the stockers, who came in a couple hours after we got started. Sweet gig! It paid my entire 4 year tuition to college, plus some!

the main problem with chiropractors is not the chiropractic treatment, that has been peer reviewed many times and found to be a valid medical treatment which is why insurance (in the states at least) will cover it. the problem is that most of them also sell allot of snake oil on the side.

A lot of photographers use cotton swabs to clean the outside of the camera, because cleaning all the dirt off of the outside helps stave off the inevitable cleaning of the inside of the camera. I assume a lot of the official uses for swabs are small mechanical equipment?
