but it is less compared to last 2-3 years --- Oppurtunites are still good
2- Combine your skills: data + tech or data +business Data+Sales/market
3- Brush up technical skills -- even at experienced level
4- Communicate the impact not just the skills --- revenue /cost/efficiency
5- Dare to explore opportunities outside your comfort zone
6- Dare to find Oppurtunites in other industries
7- Do your research on --- trending skills, vacancies, stability, salary
8- Apply for positions above your level
9- Network -- talk your past colleagues, attend events industry
10- Understand your bargaining power --- do not settle for less
