I came across Billy Blanks 2020 on KZbin during the Covid lock down. I was looking for something to motivate me due to I couldn't go to the gym. He is extremely motivational. My addiction to his exercises is extremely joyful. I really can't stay away from Tae Boe 💜.I drop my daughter off to school in my gym wear and hit KZbin with Billy Blanks as soon as I get home. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Awesome video. Thank you for demonstrating start up moves and wonderful encouragement. I’m 70 with several physical problems but now I believe I can do something one step at a time.

Great motivation and very true, currently the Covid situation has knocked exercise options for six, with gyms and community centres and clubs struggling to survive. And even as we cautiously restart among the economic wreckage, money becomes a serious issue exercise wise as well. For myself putting the plan back together has been long, Sensi has let me do a class a week at no cost due my long time membership (very long story here) gym a few days and long walks, yoga, uncoordinated Zumba still out. I think the psychological shock of Covid or any massive disruption such as divorce or unemployment or all three, makes the motivation to get up and start again hard. This is the time, when just doing it, regardless of feelings or de motivation is important if not critical. Billy puts it well in so few words - 'you can go backwards or you can go forward" like when you stall a truck on a hill. Whish I had that talent with words and Arnie has some amazing speeches on the topic as well. And now back to Pavel Tsatsouline and mastering those bloody kettle bells which is a infuriating challenge that cannot be lost - at any cost.

This was so motivating, just do 5 minutes and start slow!June 2021 had a sever illness and had to learn how to walk again. I am able to walk now but still struggling with my mobility still. I did 10 minutes to trail his boom box workout and I did it. I just now finished 30 minutes. Will stay at that for awhile until I improve. I loved how he talked about doing exercising on the chair, because it helps with people who have mobility issues. When there is a will there is away. When I was a teenager he helped me lose 50 pounds. Now I am doing it again so but steady

Thank you so much for this! At age 59 I'm an ex athelete, I used to be a gym rat. and loved my sports. After marriage and now grown children, I decided to join a gym last year and went only twice! Money wasted and I don't want to do that again. I'm fairly active just doing summer chores out with my dog and working in my garden and long walks. I'm so glad to see this demonstrated and show that you're really never too old to get in shape and you don't need a gym. My garden hose and my shovel and hoe were my training equipment but garden season is now over. Seeing and hearing ideas in fitness to do just sitting in a chair, encourages me to keep myself fit and healthy especially during these stressful times of forced isolation and separation due to C-19 which gave me time to figure out my quest. I lost weight during this shut down of the world because of my garden and energetic dog and eating less. Somehing I did also during this sad 2020 year is that I stopped watching the news with constant negativity and allowing it beat me down mentally and that alone greatly improved my attitude. So thankful for the internet! Thanks again!

Hey Annette,🖐 I totally agree to your opinion...I have stopped watching the news as well, so much negativity and anxiety. The internet is definitely on of the safest remedy to the boredom that comes with this whole covid-19 isolation of a thing. I have a pet too, a very lovely pet but not so lively as yours (as in your comment). If you don't mind, can you kindly your current progress so far on your weight loss journey. I'm totally convinced to try your ideas out, kind of seems to be so fun and stress free.☺😁

For women who are in perimenopause and post menopause and dealing with issues like endometriosis, gained weight from a size 2 to 14 in span of 15 years. How do shake off all that hormonal imbalance weight? Remember that muscles become so weak, and you are mentally and physically exhausted, drained from constant pain, extreme pain? Dieting won't work because your meals are clean and healthy once you have endometriosis but you are just gaining weight. It would be nice to return to at least a size 10.
